When the internet connection is unstable
Hopenn Drive keeps your data on the device. An internet outage does not stop your branch: you keep entering data, and everything updates automatically as soon as the network is back, with nothing to re-enter.
The Android app is built for entry-level phones, and the Windows app opens even without an internet connection.
Several branches, several roles, one team
Every role has its own screen: director, secretary, cashier, sales agent, instructor and student. Access is set by role and by branch: a sales agent does not see the treasury, and each branch stays separate.
Management follows all branches from a single dashboard, with finances and an AI assistant that answers in plain language to questions such as "Which payments are overdue this month?".
